Jute Twine Decorative Balls

Why would you EVER EVER EVER pay so much for twine decorations?? =) They are all over the place right now, and the price is not my fave.

SO ... I picked up some 3 dollar styrofoam balls....



And dollar store Jute Twine...and made these:

    Very cute. I love them. And I have paid stupid prices for decorative balls because I am not as creative as you and don't figure out how to craft them myself. Good for you!

    Very neat! For the open-work variety you can soak the twine in stiffener (available at the craft store) and wrap them around small balloons until dry.
